Who We Are
Our names are Gabbie and Kaitlyn, we are sisters but also best friends. We decided to start Sincerely Yours Custom Cake Bar together to follow and fulfill the dream we both have, which is to model for our kids what it means to follow your dreams and to always do what you love. That love is poured into each and every event we are a part of.
Cake brings people together and we want to help make your event special, memorable and sincerely yours.
Our Services
We are passionate about baking and making events special. We have experience planning and being a part of many different life events from weddings, bridal and baby showers to birthdays, christenings and more and we absolutely love it.
We would be honored to be a part of your next celebration! When you book Sincerely Yours Custom Cake Bar, we set up our cake bar at your event and have all of the supplies with us ready to serve customizable cakes to all of your guests. Each guest will get to select their own cake flavor and frosting, as well as their desired toppings and sauces, to make their cake exactly the way they want it.

Open Bar: The base rate and all the cakes are paid for by the host booking the event and the cakes are free for all guests attending the event
or
Cash Bar: The base rate is paid for by the host booking the event and each guests will pay for their own cakes at the event.

Customizable, you choose each flavor, frosting, topping or sauce offering for your event
Bakers choice, you tell us a few details about your event and we will make the decisions on all menu items for you
Themed: depending on the type of event you are having you may want to choose specific themed elements, flavors or colors. For this options please contact us and let us know, we would love to work with you to help make it exactly what you need.

Once you have submitted your event details, we will review your booking form. Once accepted, we will send you our contract to review and sign.
Once the contract is signed we will send you an invoice for the non-refundable deposit, which is equal to half of the total event booking cost. The remainder of the fee will be due on the date of the event.
We promise to pour so much attention and love into making your event exactly what you want it to be, and the deposit will help us make sure we have everything we need.
